Axis Magnus Axis suspended miles redemptions on my account

Two days back I had initiated a miles transfer of around 3.3l miles to my turkish account (in fear of the upcoming devaluation).

Today when I try to log into travel edge, I get an error stating: The account is suspended, miles redemption will not be available.
On edge rewards portal I get this error: User not exists in lms customer portal

Am I the only one who is facing this issue? Has anyone else faced the same? Any idea what might have caused this issue? Can they do this?

I have sent an email to axis cc. Lets see what their reply is.

What would be the average amount per transaction and how frequent was it?
 
Is there any update? Did card holders who submitted a response with the invoices receive a revert. Its been a week since I submitted mine. Service request raised and closed on same day as per the status tracker but no revert.

in my case they generated almost more than 15 service requests and closed same day, lastly they said wait for 6 days we will revert, tired…
 
In my case, I had invoices for a few large transactions (Rs. 50,000 and above). For the other transactions, I simply wrote that the payment was done to savings account and hence invoices can't be provided. I had attached the screenshots from Bharat NXT for all the transactions. I kept receiving the same response from the email support team to submit the invoices or evidences repeatedly. Hence, I emailed to PNO on Thursday to take up the issue. Received a reply today that the transactions have been verified and the redemption account will be activated within 3 working days.

I am suprised either axis is dumb or something bad will happen with you. As you said transactions were done to savings account. Thats against the t&c. Either they not give the respective points and milestone. Or give some other issue for deactivation again
 
thank god man. really happy for you, axis is dumb.. else the savings part wouldve got you in trouble. make sure to transfer all points asap. i dont trust axis even a bit
Thank you. I am planning a trip to Switzerland. So, just confirming the transfer partner for best possible rewards and I will transfer ASAP before axis comes up with another issue.

For multiple countries jal is best I don't have idea about Europe though. But jal offers distance based so it's best

I am on a similar boat, I had invoices for all transactions excepting one small value transfer to my own saving account to test BharatNxt app. Have also written to PNO but no postive response, except we are looking at ur submission and will take more time.
