Axis taking its sweet time

Applied for card on 6th October still no word from Aixs I don’t know whether it’s been rejected or Approved, the application tracking using their site is not helpful it’s stuck at checking eligibility phase. So experienced fellow community people, does this happened to you

While Amex approves most cards in 2 days and delivers them often in 3-4 days, hearing these stories make me laugh but sad at the same time.

I'm aware, I was trying to show a comparison, Amex taking 4 days to deliver the card while Axis takes 4 weeks to deliver feels just sad.

My Atlas application was stuck too, here is the process.
After applying wait for 10 working days. (2 weeks)
Even after 10 working days if it's still in eligibility check.
Call premium support, they'll "upgrade" your existing card to the required card, but your existing card won't be closed either. They would take an OTP consent from you. The card immediately starts showing up on the app with last 4 digits. This only works if it's a paid card.

But we can't get airtel and Ace from this method?

Tried. Didn't work. No CIBIL hit. So, no harm in trying your luck with this method

For me they share the latest info.

My application was stuck for a month..

Do ask them in both x & also pno mail..

It is all upto their mood. I have seen the application tracker show "Pending" even after the card has been delivered!
Best to call them on customer service and get an update.

If it's a paid card then you should be able to do it.
I am an account holder too so I don't know if that makes any difference.

I am also account Holder. You can't get ace and airtel cc from customer care

That's weird, I got my Vistara card in 5 days & when I applied for Atlas within 2 days of receiving Vistara, it got approved within 4 days time.

I applied from airport Kiosk.

The Beauty of AXIS is , if you check status now, it may still show "pending"... 😉 😉

It’s a quite SOP for Axis… sometimes your application vanishes into thin air.. If you ask CC, they will give standard response.. All the best

Since you apply more pressure on cc , panda, air becomes thin and the application vanishes

Even I faced the same issue, in my case even the application was showing invalid, then I remembered somebody came called from regarding my credit card for Physical KYC. Then I again search the number in my call logs I called him. I asked about the application status for him it was showing approved. I was shocked Why I wasn't able to see the status. Then after 2 weeks it showed approved on the website Then received the card. You can check with the guy who came for kyc for more details they can check

Axis doesn’t have a word called “worse” in their dictionary…
Even if it exists, its meaning in their dictionary is
“ worse = super”..
