I, myself don't have much experience except their Kiwi. I had pre registered for it and I applied for it on the due date. VKYC was completed in the evening and card was approved before midnight. Seeing other's experiences, I guess I got lucky 😉

That's a blackhole. Airtel app shows card approved since March but PNO days it has been rejected. Even after 6 months they aren't Purging the old application so that I could reapply.

My Axis application was stuck from 5 Oct. Sent an email to pno@axisbank.com on 16 Oct. PNO office replied with a 3 day TAT, I kept bugging them each day with status. Today on 19th Oct I can see the virtual card on Axis Bank mobile app. Confirmed with cusotmer care that the new NEO card is generated and is LTF (applied during offer ofc). See if this route helps fast tracking the issue.

Yeah I think the same, but no harm in sending an email cuz you have an email trail and an SR. It's better to have a trail so later if you decide to go with RBI route, you have all the mails and stuff. (As per regulation they are obligated to communicate the status of application, they just cant hold it in limbo). Please note that the application status is still stuck at eligibility and I haven't received any application approved email or SMS yet, it's just that I saw the new card in app and called these guys to confirm about fee and the limit assigned.
Edit: I don't think PNO mail affects your approval chances. But once you get an SR generated from PNO office with a TAT attached, they actually take a notice of it. Everytime i called customer care/escalation they would reply that a PNO SR is already attached to the issue and will be resolved within TAT (didn't believe them for a sec though). May be the internal ticketing system marks the PNO tickets with higher priority and helps in fast tracking it that's all. This won't and shouldn't affect the approval chances though.

Just received this email from the PNO office,
Yeah the PNO mail did the job with 6 hours remaining in TAT. Application status is still stuck on Eligibility Check though don't know why.
Note: This is Axis so take everything with a huge grain of distrust and doubt.

I got mobile number and email ID change notification yesterday morning and card started showing up in website as well. Got approval email today, waiting for delivery

2 times happened to me. 1st my Myzone card was rejected. then within a month(asked me to wait for 3 months) I applied again & got the Card. & Now same happened with Neo card, i got rejected in September(saying I already have a similar card). So keeping my previous experience in mind, i applied for the neo card again in October & Got approved. Axis Acts in a weird way, what changed in 1 month period? It’s LTF card
