Applied for card on 6th October still no word from Aixs I don’t know whether it’s been rejected or Approved, the application tracking using their site is not helpful it’s stuck at checking eligibility phase. So experienced fellow community people, does this happened to you

Applied for Axis ace via Gpay on 16th oct and completed vkyc on 17th oct. Application status still stucked at first step. No signs of approval or rejection. Asked through Twitter support but got same 7 working days reply. Should i mail to Pno for faster application process?

Wait for atleast 15 days from date of appl. If no luck then reach out to pno.

Didnt got the mail yet neither called and ask cc .. Bcz ik the reason and so do you

When you already hold an Axis credit card with your own number and the apply for Axis Ace from a different Gpay account and then later on you receive an SMS stating that your mobile number is updated to the Gpay account holder's number. Does this mean that the application is successful?
