Bajaj Finance service request SMS ?

Today when I opened my mom's phone I saw there are 3 - 4 request messages from Bajaj finance regarding service request. We have not initiated anything from bajaj from last 2 years. Is this some kind of fraud or scam practice by someone ? What should I do any solution?

Any loan or EMI card active? From message tone looks like trying to change or see email id and PAN?

You can drop a email to them attaching screenshots and ask reason?
