Banglore to Singapore trip lounge access

Can Art & Science Museum + Singapore Flyer + Gardens By The Bay (Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, Super tree) be covered on the same day?

Back to India ,
Used sats premier lounge in Singapore
I used my mayura dreamfolks card, and my wife used tata neu infinity card's priority pass digital card.
Food was decent ... Alcohol free .

Here in Bangalore using 080 arrival lounge
I used my canara rupay card and my wife used federal card .

Hope your trip went well. I'll be in singapore in 2 weeks. sats premier lounge at which terminal?

I think it ends by 5PM, and we may be left with some time to spend in Sentosa before reaching the hotel. Is it worth the wait for Wings of time at 7:40PM the same day?
U can. Wings of time is ok, can see then catch train back to the mall

Is canara rupay zero markup?
1st update:
They charged markup later . For 64.83 they charged markup fee rs 1.95 for canara rupay select debit card

2nd update : for au rupay card , initially they consider 64.83 that day but after 2 to 3 days it got changed to 65.14
Now they matched with mastercard charges .

Thanks. This is much appreciated. So, better to stick to zero markup cc.

My trip starts tonight. How's the weather in Singapore when you were there?

Regarding lounges in Singapore, SATS and I think marhaba are better ones. However depends on availability as they don't entertain pp users. First preference to busines class airline vouchers. Completely depends on which lounge has space.

W.r.t arrival lounge, I think rupay has access. You can use.

W.r.t cards to use - are you sure that all the cards you hold have international pp access or it might be chargeable. The charges aren't communicated by lounge.

i know mayura idfc has complimentary and can be used. Can also register on dreamfolks and check.

Federal celesta also get 2 international uses.... Use that. Stay clear of pp unless u 100% know it won't be charged.

DO NOT USE PP IN INDIA. irrespective of international or domestic.

Jewel changi is basic lounge. Only 1 hot meal + shower + unlimited snacks / soft beverages.
"DO NOT USE PP IN INDIA. irrespective of international or domestic."

Why exactly?

Unless you have from Infinia or MB

Yes, that's the point. PP may or may not be chargeable depending on the terms at which it was issued.

Many banks issue PP which are free of issuance fees [only], but many people tend to believe that usage is free too. Which is, often, not the case.

Rain was there couple of days but not continues , most of the time sunny ... I am living in Bangalore. Comparing to here it was hot but comparing to Chennai not that much hot .

And yes , 0 markup cc is best and if they gives rewards then it will be added advantage.

AU Ixigo RuPay CC is ZERO Forex/markup card right ?

Few places in Singapore now accept UPI and also RuPay card without any help of JCB and Discover/Diners card network.

Do you tried any domestic RuPay cards in Singapore ? Any RuPay Cards mentioned "Valid only in India" now also accept in Singapore (Of course, banks need to update something in their system. How many banks are actually live is the biggest question).

After swipe, some POS machine also give you option to choose between Domestic/RuPay vs Discover/JCB payment option (if you use RuPay International cards). If you choose Domestic/RuPay then RuPay Global network will use. @sarainfo12 @telescope

@sarainfo12 Your statement is slightly incorrect here :backhand-index-pointing-down::backhand-index-pointing-down:because the RuPay currency conversion rate would only apply if you were using the RuPay Global network.

Here, you used the Discover/Diners Club network. 😀😀

New update regarding currency conversion:
Since au ixigo card is working fine , today i tested transactions:
1SGD = 64.78 in Google
1SGD = 64.83 for rupay cards ( tested in 2 cards au ixigo and canara rupay debit card )
1 SGD = 65.07 for visa card
1SGD = 65.14 for master card

Look at this picture; it shows UPI (SGQR in Singapore) and RuPay networks. The RuPay currency conversion rate will be applicable when a store or POS machine accepts UPI or RuPay global network.:backhand-index-pointing-down::backhand-index-pointing-down:Otherwise, it uses the Discover/Diners/JCB network.
