Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly note that said account is opened under scheme Code SB 196 BOB LITE SAVINGS ACCOUNT only physical Rupay Platinum Debit Card request can be raised through bob World App or bob World Internet or by visiting your home branch. Thanks and Regards.

Main pehle bhi bol chuka hoon
  • Na MITC of Virtual Main likha hai not allowed
  • Na MITC of BOB Lite main likha hai not allowed
  • Welcome kit of BOB Lite mentions aap open kar sakte hai Virtual
  • BOBWorld kal activate kiya tha maine naye BOB Lite account main usme bhi likha hai Apply for VDC

Ab BOB ko mail toh ek formality hai, Ye RBI BO ne hi karwana hai kaam

On 26/05 I wrote,

I am unable to generate a virtual debit card for my BOB Lite Savings Account (Scheme Code SB 196). Your website and welcome letter do not mention any exclusions. Please refer to the link: https://www.bankofbaroda.in/personal-banking/digital-products/cards/debit-cards/virtual-debit-card. Kindly resolve this issue or clarify the policy change. If unresolved, I will escalate to the RBI Ombudsman due to misinformation and service deficiency.Best regards,

Jisne daily interaction hoti hai unko haha chipka deta hu baaki Neo Buzz walo ko "hehe"

Last Incident ke baad Neo Buzz walo ko reaction hi nhi duga.

26. Can the RBI Ombudsman reject a complaint at any stage?
  1. in the opinion of the Ombudsman there is no financial loss or damage, or inconvenience caused to the complainant.

bhai RBI ye bolke dismiss to nhi krega na ?
