In FK, I got this for 16.5K after supercoins discount yesterday..
yesterday there were giving 500 coupon and after taking 1K supercoins offer, it comes to 16.5K..
so , there is no change in the price, excpet that 500 coupon is gone now..

No it is not one time. Limit resets after 2 days. Exact details available in T&Cs. I have personally used it twice till now.

Flipkart still near hub after 5 days, despite the hub is 30km away. Deadline to deliver is today.
