Icici customer care is also pretty bad. I was constantly getting call/mail for ltf coral rupay. So I called and asked to give hpcl supersaver rupay instead. both have same cost & reward structure except for fuel.
The girl was like no sir, it is specific to coral rupay. We can't give a different card. For ltf card of your choice, you can visit branch.
I told her my nearest branch is very bad. They never call back and can't resolve any issue. So she says I can convert your ltf sapphiro to hpcl supersaver if you want. 🫢

called axis to close my Flipkart cc coz of 30k limit. they increased it to 115k 🤩.

possible to make it ltf ? by threatening them to close again
