You can use MobiKwik. It gives 1% Cashback when full bill is paid (up to 20k). Plus 1% when paid with HDFC Platinum debit card.

There not a lot of options of cc bill pay via dc.

You can try mobikwik, you have hdfc/indusind/rbl debit card , you will get cashback.

Depends on which debit cards you have. Then only we will be able to suggest you the platform where that MCC is not excluded for that debit card.

Paytm and Mobikwik allow DC for paying CC bills. Payzapp also does but recently they have patched their MCC so won't think it will accrue RPs

Cheq has charges and after recent devaluation, it is shit AF.
Cred allows DC payments only if the bill is more than 50k+, but again it depends if your card gives RPs on that.

I had pay my HDFC cc payment using my HDFC platinum debit card on mobikwik. There is no service charge and you will get mobikwik offer + 1% on debit card.

Will give
2.5%(400),1%(750),5%(1500)..

Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.
