Best Credit Card for Embassies Visa Fees Payments (Amex is not accepted by most embassies)

Please suggest best credit card

I use my credit card mostly for visa fees of various embassies as a visa consultants, i use the card for payment of around 5-6 lakhs in a year, which will be the best credit card for earning points, i want to use the points for travel/hotel
