Best mode of payment for booking train tickets through IRCTC

Hey folks,
I have to book a train ticket through IRCTC. Wanted to know your expert opinions about the best mode of payment.
Which app and which credit card is the best?
Is it Payzapp?

another way is use ace and recharge your ola money then use yatra to book railway ticket and there you can use ola money

But for Millenia CC we get 1% as reward points.

And 5% CashBack is also credited at settlement.

SBI CB is giving 5% on IRCTC app
Merchant Name: IRCTC E TICKET PUNE IN
PG: Easebuzz (1.195% PG Charges with no capping)

So, one can avoid Agent Charges by not going with Amazon & get 5% cashback too.

However, it's beneficial upto ₹1650 txn (₹20 PG charges) for Non-AC & ₹2300 txn (₹40 PG charges) for AC tickets, and above these values u can use method suggested by @VISHESH_BANSAL i.e. via Amazon Pay Gift Card & Amazon (Flat ₹20 & ₹40 Agent Service Fees for Non-AC & AC tickets respectively).

Use IRCTC website directly to get 5% till 30th April using SBI CB CC.

HDFC / ICICI Payment Gateway

Is any of these offers still valid? I have to book from IRCTC directly in order to get refund.

By DC you mean debit card? And 5% + 5% applies for all debit cards or only debit cards like easy shop platinum debit cards?

yaar abhi maine just booking kiya aur usme likha to tha ki 1.8%+gst lagega CC se lekin kuchh extra nahi laga.
I paid through Axis Flipkart coz I don't have ACE through HDFC PG.
