Best Way to pay Credit Card Bill

Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

Best is to check monthly Statement received on E-Mail.

Monthly Statement reflects how much you points earned for last month txns Card wise.

IndusInd sends statement after 3-4 weeks 😅.
I do transactions on month start so that there is enough time for them to credit points.

Since Account opening date , I am receiving it around 10th of each Month.
Only in One month indus delayed the E-Mail Statement

You are lucky 😅. The earliest I received was on 10th last october.
After that it is
22, 23, 14, 16, 14, 25, 23

Paytm + Visa
Cheq + MC
Mobikwik + MC

Any variant giving points for Cred transactions?

I think it's better to do small transaction first. And I also got the same information from this forum only that others have got points using their Visa card. After I receive my debit card will confirm the same.

It all depends on user account and time of execution.
MCCs, Tricks everything can change overnight.
Test things yourself before spending large amounts

Paytm + Visa (last 6-7months)
Mobikwik + MC (started last month)
gave me points all the time.
It took anywhere between 2 days to 1 week for me to get points

Never tried CheQ + MC

For last month, I had to do payment anyways and time was less. So went with tested payment 3rd party apps. Rewards are bonus but I am using these transactions for learnings.

But for next month, will plan better.

That's why I recommended, to try it out with a small transaction first. 😉

I use cheq only to double dip with Indusind MC and then do rest of bills with mobikwik

I have still not got points on my visa platinum for last month.

Got for visa signature and mc world, but for visa platinum something is wrong.
