Best Way to pay Credit Card Bill

Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

Statement shows CHEQ DIGITAL PRIVATE LGurgaon

Does cheq still charge processing fees or have they removed that ?

Haven't received points on Indus Exclusive Visa Signature DC for PayTm trx of 90k on 25th Dec.

Do check your statement and ensure it doesn't say Credit Card bill payment. Also do not tell Customer Care that you did CC bill payment, else they will decline your request stating it is in the excluded list of reward points.

cheq has removed processing fee for debit card payments. However the app only allows the debit card payment option (at least for me) if the payment amount is >=50K.

Additionally they have reinstated the pay with cheq coins but it’s severely devalued to a 10:1 ratio

I paid my HDFC credit card bill on PayZapp using my HDFC EasyShop Platinum debit card two days ago. And guess what? I do see that they rewarded cashback for it! 🙄Temporary glitch, I guess?

Paytm also hit or miss these days. I did txn worth 22.5k on 11th, still no points.

Same here, no points on transaction of 20K done with visa signature select on paytm on 14th.. seems like multiple mcc on paytm with same merchant name...

1%. Note that I'm referring to the cashback of the HDFC EasyShop Platinum debit card.

I will try mailing them tomorrow.
