Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

Problem is:

I send mail to 'exclusive@indusind.com' and receive response who sometimes didn't read whole mail before pasting that template response.

Now, If I reply to that mail (sometimes it revert as undelivered and marked as suspected spam) after all struggle not even once get response to that mail.

Is Indus responds only once?

I even sent complaint mail (after follow-up proper timeline), to NO not even once they replied even 1st time.

Complained to nearby branch, they said they received responses but since it is already closed no reply (so, basically whatever they sent 1st time that is final and ticket closed).
Avoid indus bank. I had similar bad experience.

Use the E-Mail ID of social Media team.
Social media team never disappointed me
socialm@indusind.com

After sending E- mail. Share the Screeshot of Service Request Number received via Automated Response via DM to Indus Twitter Handle

Don't consider that it happens to all their customers. It is based on branch, our TRV, support people responding our queries. It may not happen to everyone.

Whichever bank is near that is your high priority then look for features like high fd - go for Indus or to take more risk Corporate banks, similarly lockers, credit cards etc. it will narrow down the required bank.

Again, if I say I have good experience in HDFC there are so many who never got anything from that bank, so no fixed answer.
Well said, experience differs from person to person.

Which alternative bank would you guys suggest ?
Indus is good for offers and low value transactions. Their 20% bigbasket offer has been running for many years.

For large value transactions, the big 3 are ICICI, HDFC & SBI. They are too big to fail and are safe for >5 lakhs investment.

If we want to target a specific credit card like Axis Magnus or reserve, we can get their savings account and then downgrade.

We have to be open to try multiple banks. Sometimes we might have bad experience and if we have continuous bad experience, better to move away.

For example, BOB credit card experience has been bad for me for over 2 months of interaction (more than 5 interactions) and for me it is bad. Others might have similar bad experience if they expect higher standards of customer care.

Similarly, Indusind has poor IT support governance. If branch makes mistakes and if we escalate to PNO/ social media, most banks fix the issue. However, Indusind has not been doing it. I had 2 bad experience in just 1 month of banking with them. They have poor service desk software which keeps creating 100s of tickets for same issue.

That's why it's never going to be my primary account. Haven't been able to use it since opening my account.

yes i know that but 0.80% is unlimited if you have magnus
cash rate is only 0.2%. UBI gives unlimited 1% cash rate. Indus pioneer gives unlimited 0.5%.

Just adding other options. Axis looks good too but rate could have been higher as it is not cash rate. Getting only 0.8% for hotel or miles does not seem better than UBI 1% cash.

I have an HDFC CC bill of more than 6 Lakhs. Please suggest what method I should use to get max cashback. I am holding IDFC First Wealth and HDFC Millennia debit cards.

Millennia DC will only give up to Rs.400 and I'm not exactly sure about the rewards of IDFC First Wealth DC. Any other platforms/ apps for better rewards? Could someone suggest ways to pay this bill and how much total cashback I can expect on the whole bill amount?
