Avoid indus bank. I had similar bad experience.Problem is:
I send mail to 'exclusive@indusind.com' and receive response who sometimes didn't read whole mail before pasting that template response.
Now, If I reply to that mail (sometimes it revert as undelivered and marked as suspected spam) after all struggle not even once get response to that mail.
Is Indus responds only once?
I even sent complaint mail (after follow-up proper timeline), to NO not even once they replied even 1st time.
Complained to nearby branch, they said they received responses but since it is already closed no reply (so, basically whatever they sent 1st time that is final and ticket closed).

Well said, experience differs from person to person.Don't consider that it happens to all their customers. It is based on branch, our TRV, support people responding our queries. It may not happen to everyone.
Whichever bank is near that is your high priority then look for features like high fd - go for Indus or to take more risk Corporate banks, similarly lockers, credit cards etc. it will narrow down the required bank.
Again, if I say I have good experience in HDFC there are so many who never got anything from that bank, so no fixed answer.
Yes.
Indus is good for offers and low value transactions. Their 20% bigbasket offer has been running for many years.Which alternative bank would you guys suggest ?
We have to be open to try multiple banks. Sometimes we might have bad experience and if we have continuous bad experience, better to move away.Well said, experience differs from person to person.
Pura frustration nikal diya 🤣Yes.
As you told Experience differ from Customer to Customer.
For me Only Axis is Chor, lukkha, luccha, Hadd se bada tuccha Bank hai
Never faced Issues in any other Bank which I faced with only Anokhelal Axis Bank Ltd
That's why it's never going to be my primary account. Haven't been able to use it since opening my account. We have to be open to try multiple banks. Sometimes we might have bad experience and if we have continuous bad experience, better to move away.
For example, BOB credit card experience has been bad for me for over 2 months of interaction (more than 5 interactions) and for me it is bad. Others might have similar bad experience if they expect higher standards of customer care.
Similarly, Indusind has poor IT support governance. If branch makes mistakes and if we escalate to PNO/ social media, most banks fix the issue. However, Indusind has not been doing it. I had 2 bad experience in just 1 month of banking with them. They have poor service desk software which keeps creating 100s of tickets for same issue.
That is 0.20% cash rate and 0.80% HNI transfer rate. Very low.any one using Burgundy Debit card which gave 2 Edge Point for every 200rs
yes i know that but 0.80% is unlimited if you have magnusThat is 0.20% cash rate and 0.80% HNI transfer rate. Very low.
cash rate is only 0.2%. UBI gives unlimited 1% cash rate. Indus pioneer gives unlimited 0.5%.yes i know that but 0.80% is unlimited if you have magnus
Indeed it does.Does Indusind MC world card of Signature variant provides reward points on CheQ ?
Thats the double dip..Indeed it does.
I should first utilize HDFC Bank till 75K then RBL signature+ for 1L and then Indusind MC on CheQ for 1.125L then only switch to Visa signature Indusind for another 1.125L..Indeed it does.
Yes 👍Thats the double dip..
You have it well planned out 😉I should first utilize HDFC Bank till 75K then RBL signature+ for 1L and then Indusind MC on CheQ for 1.125L then only switch to Visa signature Indusind for another 1.125L..
