Best website / app for utility bill payments and recharge?

I have a few in mind like Amazon pay, tata neu but I can't add funds in the wallet and do the transactions, ( Amazon has a limit) neu doesn't have add money option, freecharge is not working like it used to, so guys feel free to add to the list.

In gpay you can't add money and then pay from wallet, you have to do each transaction with otp.

While Paytm is charging for loading money via cc

It depends on which card you have..
You can use Amazon if you have ICICI Amazon / hdfc Millennia credit card.
You can go for Airtel app if you have Axis Airtel card.
Go for gpay if you have Axis ace.
Choose tata neu if you have neu card.
