So we should be careful or rather not use Yes bank CC on BharatNxt next time? Or was this one time glitch which has been resolved for next?

C** ne mera Referral BNXT Cash hold PE rakha tha, fir 18Mar ko jo tha vo release Kiya.
I had to wait from 27Feb till 18Mar to get cb and lots of conversation on WA.
My WA message to BNXT support on Mar 10th:

I'm promoting your app & you guys are not even addressing my query properly. If you don't want to give 150 BNXT Cash (after Reffered user completes his first transaction above ₹5K), I am ready to disclose that you guys are not giving me Referral cashback & they (blog viewers) can face issues from BharatNXT support in future, so beware before transacting with BharatNXT. And FYI, there will be almost 8K+ viewers (Attaching SS for reference)."

Their response on same day:
"Sir, please tell us for how many referrals you haven't received the cashback yet."

Earlier this message on Mar10, they were continuously chanting:
  • "Please share contact number of the friend to whom you have referred."
  • "Hello sir, please share your friends phone number to whom you referred."
  • "Sir, we will need the phone number of your friend to whom you have referred, to check for which user you have not received the referral bonus."
  • "Dear user, Please provide us with contact number or the date they have boarded, then only we can check."
They released all cb remaining towards them on 18th Mar.

150 if referee completes his first txn above ₹5K

(Earlier 100 on signup & 150 on first txn above ₹5K for both referee & referer. But now, referee need to pay for first txn)
