for the monthly milestones, how much percentage of it do you guys achieve using Bharatnxt? I am scared to use and don't use more than 15%
I do only when I am getting equivalent cb or rp... like through simplyClick i do to earn 1.25% cb/rp when offern runs for 0.99%..... or when i am just short by 10-15k in my magnus milestone... or just use my BOB select CC to get good return as this txn counted under utility!!!!
I use 15 to 20% at month end to meet 1l on few months

They should change partner bank, shouldn't they?
They definitely should. Multiple issues regarding downtime will definitely make the users think twice before using their app again and it is not good optics. Just 10 days ago they faced the downtime issue and now again. 🤷♂️

How is overall customer care responsiveness? such issues can trouble there customer retention.
I am sorry, I have never had any contact with the customer care yet. They give updates regarding the transaction timely on WhatsApp, Mail, and App notifications. Yesterday also they delayed the payment a little but it was credited by 8:30PM.
