BOB CARD Application is stuck

Hi all I applied Bob card using c2c method on 29th January 2025 and in the end no VKYC was done as it was shown no agent was available and application was submitted and on 31 Jan they asked for additional documents and I gave it also they sent a mail they received it now till now my application is showing VKYC Link sent please complete it as no link is received by me till now and after multiple mails to them they replied the same things like physical kyc will be happening we are arranging etc link will be sent shortly etc only excuses ??. What should I do can I complain to RBI OMBUDSMAN?.

Bob is finding difficult to onboard new customers, KYC issue is with almost everyone these days

You can wait till the issue is resolved at Bobs end or can complaint to RBIO for fast track process
