BOB CARD Application is stuck

Hi all I applied Bob card using c2c method on 29th January 2025 and in the end no VKYC was done as it was shown no agent was available and application was submitted and on 31 Jan they asked for additional documents and I gave it also they sent a mail they received it now till now my application is showing VKYC Link sent please complete it as no link is received by me till now and after multiple mails to them they replied the same things like physical kyc will be happening we are arranging etc link will be sent shortly etc only excuses ??. What should I do can I complain to RBI OMBUDSMAN?.

As I did a Complain Earlier a call came from Lucknow that asked me how we can do you ur kyc I said I am out of town so send me a link for VKYC they said only physical can be done this is link a day after I did the complaint now I got a call from my branch Bob card person saying please apply a new application from their link so that u can get your card !. What should I do ?.

Ask them to send someone to your address to do the KYC, they will take your addhar and pan card copy and will ask you to sign the application form to process it further.

But that will be a new application and again cibil will be checked etc .
