I had made a payment for my BoB Eterna bill through HDFC Bill Pay on 21st November 2024. Bill Payment reference number is generated and HDFC account was also debited but surprisingly till now Eterna Card account is not credited. BoB and HDFC both are clueless and amount of Rs 56000 has vanished.I have escalated to crm@bobcard.co.in but they are asking for 5 days to resolve. I made payments for Eterna, Snapdeal and Energie cards but only Eterna is not credited. I have been regularly making credit card payments for all three BoB cards through HDFC Bill Pay but this is the only time this issue has occurred. If this is the level of support from BoB, better to close the cards. It is not worth wasting my precious time over non credit of Payment in 5 days. Maybe they are using some ancient technology which they are unable to solve and track.
I have also made an online dispute request in HDFC Portal. Can anyone share any other option which I may pursue for early resolution in this case?
