I have eterna and it shows category as "Retail Outlet services" for payment on jiomart (Reliance Retail Ltd NAVI MUMBAI IN)..

Saw in Aug statement it showed 0 rp for payment of rs 1500 transaction..

Then checked july statement from same merchant name, it showed 31 rp for payment of rs 2000 transaction..

This feels wierd especially for Eterna where the USP was 3.75% back for online shopping

Eterna has been devalued so many times now that there is no worthwhile feature apart from unlimited complementary domestic lounge access..

Wallet not excluded. But most wallets charge minimum 2.5%. So only Eterna is useful in this situation. Then also, Bob will block card if wallet loading too much I read

Interesting.

I am thinking if I should keep Eterna anymore. Never used much and charge is quite good, Rs2900/year with almost no scope of earning rewards. Even fuel surcharge below Rs400 is not there I guess. I am not a frequent flyer so not sure what to do. I just got this card coz of that ~3% reward rate.

Yes they will be counted. Only no rewards will be accrued

When I choose standard delivery basket grocery purchase on jiomart via bob snapdeal credit card ==> Fetched Reward Points @2.5%.
