RUPAY JCB BOB CARD BILL PAYMENT CASHBACK ISSUE

Recently Experience there is some issue with rupay jcb payment network i tried to paid credit card bill for trial its been more than 3 days it not received yet to bob credit card even not reflected anywhere like same experience with sometimes axis but it will get credit in at least 2 working days or end of day but bob has worst experience ahead payment was made through paytm credit card bill pay section already raised issue with paytm i am in follow-up but they unable to trace fund.

Even i try to add same card with amazon it not taking credit card bill because of international card not supported error i want to know this card will work for bob card offer in amazon or not like bill pay through bob card or 10 % etc offer like that.

Third one with flipkart i try to add this jcb bob card with flipkart but they unable to identify my card details throwing red error message.

Kindly share some experience with mentioned concern should i raise request with bob to convert this visa/master n/w or any solutions somebody have . Request you kindly help with highlighted points.

As far as I know first payment for BOB CC bill has to be made via BOB portal only

I never paid BOB card payments through BOB portal... Earlier it was through cred, then used hdfc bill pay. Now hdfc removed bob option...mostly i will go back to cred.

So whoever claiming that first payment is should be from bob portal is not true. This is true for easy as well eterna card.

Its specific for rupay card..... Lot of people have faced issues.... Even it was confirmed by customer care to me that they are receiving many calls regarding it.... Especially for 1st payment after getting card or upgrading card...

I'm having easy rupay card only.. My first payment was through hdfc bill pay for this. Once again checked to verify this now.

You might be lucky.... But a lot of peole her also faced issues with first payment... My mobey was refunded back when paid via amazon pay, cred.... Then. After I paid vua bob portal.. Now everything works fine.... Now amazon has removed payment for bob rupay cards... Also you cant pay via mobikwik for bob rupay cards...

Yeah i may be lucky... But failure of bob credit card payment from 3rd parties are nothing to do whether it's first or second statement or any its due to easy card... This is in general bob has poor integration with bharat bill payment service, So there was many payment failure cases. This is why everyone like hdfc bill pay, Amazon likes are removed bob option now.

You will get all BOB Cards offers on Amazon/Flipkart using BOB RuPay JCB Credit cards.

@moonsmart dnt confuse other people. Your sceenshot clearly shared Rs750 instant discount on BOB RuPay JCB credit card.

Which is more important for you guys ? RuPay JCB Card recognised as a BOB card by Amazon or BOB card discount offers should work on Amazon using BOB Rupay JCB card ?

Ofcourse your answer will be BOB Card discount offers and that thing is working perfectly on amazon, So, what's the problem ?

Flipkart support BOB Rupay JCB card for all BOB card offers.

Card work perfectly, Are you using Flipkart app or Flipkart website ?

Enter your card number carefully or try through Flipkart website.

Note - Dnt use for EMI transaction, BOB Rupay JCB card is currently not support EMI transaction.

If possible share your error screenshot, this error "card details invalid unable to identify" only showing on EMI transaction, use normal transaction.

Bro, credit card repayments work through Bank's own internal network via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS/UPI/BBPS.

Nothing related to Rupay or Visa.

Maine problem is BOB is PSU bank. Its possible first time repayment through 3rd party app, BOB's system found suspicious activity and refund the repayment money but sometimes some lucky people successfully paid without any problem.

Some BOB visa card user also face this problem.

One last thing, BOB app or BOB website use BBPS to repay your CC payment. so, i think first time new users also use Bajaj app or Airtel app etc for BOB repayment because this apps are also use BBPS payment.

I am not getting any statements details with Bob financial portal as per site it shows on 1 st of months bill will generate 20 will be due date of months, some says it will get generated around 5 of months upto 7 it will delivered over mail but till today I have same status like 31 july 2022 no changes is in portal can somebody share experiences or I am facing some issues only with statements this is easy rupay jcb cards but I can't find any statements details in portal even bob cc & twitter team have no clue over here.

It did work for me one time earlier but it’s not working now. Any solution for this?

PS: I tried removing the saved card and adding it again but that didn’t work either.

Offer is now valid only one time bro. Also remove your card and add again and try. If you dnt use this offer before.

BOB RuPay CC showing as a RuPay card. It does not matter whether to show the name of the bank or not. Offer apply through card BIN number.

Not working... No rupay card will works as in india rupay cards are either on jcb network or discover network.... Both not supported on mi india currently... I have complained too to mi india as well as bob but nothing happens

Discover variant is working on MI india website. Discover variant recogzined as a RuPay card on MI india website.

By the way if BOB billpay showing in your HDFC billpay option then you can use for BOB RuPay jcb credit cards for bill payment.

Yeah I’ve already used it once before. I’ve already tried removing and adding the card but it didn’t work

It’s still showing as offer on the recharge page though
