It’s BOB Card’s time now!
Effective from January 1, 2025, you’ll need to spend a specific amount using your BOB card to qualify for free lounge access at domestic airports in India.



I’d say BOB has kept the spending requirement very reasonable. Unlike other card issuers, like ICICI Bank, which require you to spend 1 lakh to get free lounge access, BOB’s requirement is well within reach.

Does BOB's credit card offer free add-on guest entry to the airport lounge (without any add-on cards) ??

It does (on eterna atleast) , as eterna has unlimited visits , u can swipe it more than once to get multiple entry (depends on the reception person if they are willing to swipe the same card more than once). I've been to one on my friends eterna card. It's the same for any other card,if the lounge receptionist allows u to swipe it multiple times (and u have the free limit) ,u can go.
