BOB Credit Card VKYC Issue

Hi folks , Is anyone facing issue with BOB credit card VKYC process ? For me it's showing that ( Vkyc not available right now kindly choose later option) . But when I track using my application ID it's showing that ( we have received your application and it's under process )

What does "screenshots of non availability" mean?

Screenshots highlighting no slot is available any date take multiple screenshots to put forward your case

Generally it may take around 30 days.

Have just politely asked update on vkyc issue 4-5 times in feb months.
Last week of feb, they said ,in first week of march you will get vkyc link..but in first week, no link and now im not able to connect customer care at IVR anymore😂
