Oh u meant branch address in the screenshot!!
Thats regional (telugu) words, obviously u find it hard to pronounce.

I have BOB advantage savings account and if I upgrade my account to super savings account then will I get RuPay select debit card as first year free? Can I downgrade my account to BOB advantage savings account after getting RuPay select debit card?

Yes all credit cards comes through private couriers only for better safety and quickest delivery

For CC, they use Bluedart if it caters to the area, if not they send via post.
For DC, only post.

Yes you will get it FYF.

But in my opinion it's not worth the hassle, you may encounter some issues in future if not now. It's better to stay on super savings account. 20k MAB is not much. Think of it as emergency funds.
