I don't want to visit their branches on daily basis for every issue with that premium account. No one being accountable, worst bank. In my next visit, I'm gonna sign on closure form

My experience is the opposite, I have not visited the branch since opening the account. I opened the account online in September and applied for the Sapphire DC on the 2nd day, in October got the Select DC and this month got the EMT all via the BOB World app.

My only bad experience with BOB was while doing VKYC they asked me some random questions that were not related to the account opening, other than that everything was perfect. I went to the branch last Saturday just to collect my passbook as I will keep using the account because of the DC's benefits. They only asked about the account opening mode and account number.
