Also the number of lounges is not properly mentioned. BoB said 2 per quarter but since its platinum it may be 1 per quarter.

I have recently upgraded from BoB Lite to Bob Advantage SB_GEN account (code 101 is what they told, one more advantage account is also there with 115 code as per them) by visiting the home branch to get EMT debit card. However I have been charged Rs.325 from the account for this upgrade and when asked, they told charges are only for this upgrade. Did anyone recently upgraded or downgraded BoB accounts and been charged like this or no charges at all?

Based on the responses, I am going to escalate with BoB grievance.

I've upgrade my bob account from Lite to Super last week and neither branch told me about any charges nor any charges are reflecting in my account.

For me its mentioned debit card lien amount check your statement and confirm that its not a lien amount.

Yes, and can't be clubbed with any other offer. Better to get BB at least can be added and used all together

Thanks, actually the BB GV Pin I received was of 5 digits, and upon searching, I found one old post where it mentioned to add a 0 at the beginning or last, and that worked 🙂
