For my BoB Rupay select card, the online transactions not going through, though it is working at ATM. Tried adding in Ola (to check it is working in other apps), there it is saying card is blocked, But on BOB World App, i can see the card is active and ECOM enabled. Any workarounds for this?
Did you set the pin at the ATM? If yes, wait 24hrs and try again. It’ll work

You must go to the branch and file a written complaint, they will ask you to send screenshots of the error bla bla via email, and it will probably take 4-5 days to resolve the issue.

If this is a new debit card then you have to withdraw money from BOB ATM first, then only the card gets activated for online transactions.

@sriteja Last month, the same thing happened with 2 people in the WhatsApp group. They just registered an online complaint and it started getting resolved in a few days; there’s no need to visit the branch.

By the way, after setting the ATM PIN, you need to wait 24 hours and also activate e-commerce transactions.

Oh, so the Bob complaint mechanism has been slightly improved. How did they register the online complaint though? By sending an email to crm@ bobcard.co.in?
 
My bro opened BOB advantage savings account. I read somewhere you don't need opt for debit card when creating account.

But when I try to register at NetBanking it asks for debit card. What to do now?

Wait for kit delivery there's a default dc which helps you in login mobile banking via mobile banking you can apply another or new dc.

Net banking registration probably used to happen through the mobile number. I don’t exactly remember the whole process.

I think we also had to add the country code 91 to the mobile number something like that.
