BOB Easy LTF CC to Something better

Hello..Currently I am holdingBIB Easy LTF but this card is not useful for me . I have Bank of Baroda super savings account.
Now my question is how I can get a better BOB bank card credit card LTF like BOB Premier/Eterna?
I am just stuck.

Or phir 295 rs minus krte chalo her saal

This happened to me as well in edge browser with ublock. Used chrome with all ads disabled then it worked.

Yes i applied its LTF but only apply through the facebook etc ad that is LTF in the url you can see the campaign name.
Now main doubt remainings is will i get it or it will be rejected cause i already have BOB One Card also i have used a different mobile number which is not linked to any of my cards.
