My limit was 2L i upgraded snapdeal to Eterna.
2L is base of eterna. maybe thats why i got upgraded easily.
& i also had saving account with them & 1 Cr+ Loan. maybe that also played a role. but heard many guys on this form, that there is nothing like cool down period in bob.

Did they ask for any documents? I emailed them, within an hour they replied with a form that is to be submitted to conversions@bobfinancial.com. The form also has a column for attached documents like PAN, income proof etc which the bank already has, not sure if they are required for existing customers. Could you please describe your experience?
I was existing cc & Saving account, its mandatory i think. As re kyc is kind of thing now a days. just mail everything at once as I mentioned. If you will be eligible, you will get it.
Yes mailed income documents too, (They ask now days, even limit has to be remain same) Weird but true!

BOB was Fast this time i applied for the card 2 Days Before & Today The guy came for verification in both home & work Place. I already Have BOB one card still they Did Re KYC.
2nd card Without pre approved offer bhi apply kr skte hai ?

I am not sure but heard many bob one card users got main bob cards

First card. Always used to get the BOB Cards as paid versions only but with the links posted by @vaibhav111 it showed up as LTF.
