**The GST component is not reversed. The rate of fuel surcharge may vary depending on the fuel station and their acquiring bank. The surcharge is levied by the acquiring bank providing the terminal to the merchant. The value of fuel transaction on charge slip will differ from the credit card statement since the fuel surcharge and GST on the same are levied by the acquiring bank after the transaction.

***First year fee reversal will reflect in the 4th bill statement from the card issuance month, provided no dues. First year fee reversal and annual fee reversal is applicable only to non-delinquent credit cardholders.

Devaluation Post in thread 'Payzapp devaluation. Loading Charges'

HDFC Bank ne bahut se devaluation kiya but HDFC Platinum Debit Card se 1% cashback on Credit card bill payment ka nahi kiya, Why ?

Kyunki bahut paisa hai HDFC bank k pas.

Mai bank k aukad dekh kar post daalta hu.

HDFC and RBL bank k pas bahut paisa hai debit card me lootane ko isiliye sirf unhi ka daalta hu.

SBI Card k pas bahut paisa hai isiliye SBI Cashback credit card ka daalta hu.

What did I say wrong?

HDFC Bank debit card hasn't been devalued yet, nor has the SBI Cashback credit card.

RBL Bank debit card is also still working fine.

But you people promoted IndusInd Debit Card and devalued it. 🤣🤣

BOB Eterna Rupay TnCs for Network Conversion​

Reward Points System:
  • The reward points system depends on:
    • MCC Code
    • E-commerce Transaction Indicator
    • International Transaction Indicator
      provided in transaction data by acquiring banks or network partners.

  • If the merchant acquirer does not send the correct flag/identifier:
    • BOBCARD cannot identify the transaction as eligible for reward points benefits.
    • This may result in:
      • Only regular Reward Points being awarded instead of 5X.
      • No Reward Points in case of special MCC codes.

  • Terms and Conditions:
    • Reward points features are applicable for all transactions on the Eterna card, regardless of the network on which it is issued or converted.
Network Change Impact:
  1. New Account Generation:
    • A new account will be created upon network change.
    • Transaction details and outstanding amounts will be transferred to the new account.

  2. Changes Post Conversion:
    • The new card account will:
      • Be eligible for joining and milestone benefits again from the date of transfer.
      • Have joining fees levied again, with reversal criteria applicable from the date of conversion.
    • The anniversary year will:
      • Reset to the date of conversion.
      • Only spends within the new anniversary year will count for the next year’s fee reversal.
    • Previous card spends will not be considered for:
      • Milestone benefits.
      • Membership fee reversal.
    • All addon cards will also convert to Rupay along with the primary credit card.

  3. Deactivation of Existing Card:
    • After conversion, only the Rupay Eterna card will remain active.
    • The existing card will be automatically canceled.
