It appears there has been some misleading information has been given to you regarding your case, especially since the process is lengthy, and it seems like someone might be trying to delay or sidetrack it intentionally.

would like to know, what changed in these 2-3 years with this card? Compared to then, now it has lot of categories excluded for reward points. Paytm not strong then as now to support that BoGo movie offers, dining & travel so much mcc related and lot of TnCs to earn.

Exactly, I was wondering what is USP of this card. Apart from unlimited lounge access, If someone have super premium cards already, Then this is useless for them. For travel, dining, International payments, there are better options available. I think only USP might be RUPAY version giving SPA access, that's it.

To be hones I am only getting it for 1st year since I would make it FYF by spending 25k.
Then will close it after a year.
The reason I am doing it is because every card gets devalued in some time. So just want to enjoy every possible card if it is FYF or LTF

I took this card when it was launched 3 years back. I still hold it, But it lies unused mostly in my wallet. Thinking of closing it. It is paid basis but BOB have always reversed the fees.

My spend increased. Should have gotten that card then..now I heard card to card not possible anymore. Badluck.

I was heavily thinking about taking a BOB card yesterday. searched a lot about Premier v/s Eterna.
While going through bank website, I saw this spend criteria banner flashing.
Still thinking whether to take an LTF BOB card for instant discounts.
Many sites/apps give better discounts on BOB cards.
