While everyone is praising the card features so much, can we please also take a moment to discuss just how bad is their mobile app is? For me on iOS, the app is dammmmn slow — if at all it manages to ever load. For me 3 times out of 4 the app doesn’t even load properly after launching and is entirely unusable for that session until I kill and relaunch it. This app is the probably the worst possible implementation of a webview where each screen loads from an API call every time, even when switching back to an earlier screen — there’s absolutely no caching anywhere.

I’m sure like everyone else I keep strict transaction limits on my card which I change temporarily on a need basis. With Eterna I’m worried I’ll be in the middle of a very important transaction and won’t be able to get the app to even work to change transaction limits!

Is anyone else in the same boat?

Yes, the app sucks big time. You can never be dependent on app response in case of emergency or when it’s outside working hours of BOB.

However, website is good compared to app. I mostly use desktop and not the app for limit change or to see any transaction.

I would totally use the web interface, except that I’m unable to even register for their online account. Always get the error:

Data not found, Please try again with your latest card or contact customer care.

I’m guessing this is because my card is less than a week old and their systems aren’t yet in sync.

Also I haven’t even once been able to connect to their CS, there’s always some “technical error” right after authenticating my details, which again means they don’t yet have my account in order.

Imagine the stuff one has to go through even for their “super-premium” cards.

  • If NTB, visit BoB branch and ask for Radiance program.
  • They will say 30L MAB.
  • This balance does not need to be there from day one, but the BM should consider it promising. However if you can give 30L within a week, things will move fast.
  • Depending on the negotiation, give IP for 5L/10L (10L is what they will usually ask).
  • Savings account will be created or if already present will await for upgrade initiation.
  • It will take some time, a month (maybe earlier) depending on the BM to process the things to Radiance
For ntb do they introduce to radiance program with 10L ip or do they wait after nrv >30L.

Every branch i go to, I am getting different info.😅. The most convincing one said 10L ip, 6m time cushion to reach 30L. But she is not sure how fast it will be upgraded to radiance.

Oh yes, you have to wait for a bit long for the sync or drop mail to CS. cs will reply in some days. Regardless its a good card and not a terrible bank.
Have a great day.

Bank Of Baroda- humara yaha aise hi hot hai

It takes almost a month for even radiance customer in this bank.

Light gaya hai
Printer out of order.
Server band hai
Manager nahi hai
Etc etc etc

In my opinion, the Masterstroke account is superior to the Radiance account. One of the main reasons for this is the additional benefits that come with the Masterstroke account, such as the LTF Opulence and Rupay Select debit cards.
MS also provides Eterna LTF? I’ve read some people getting those debit cards with Radiance also. Are the MABs different?
