For debit card? Its saying account is ineligible to apply for debit card. Many premium account holders facing same error.
BM said not to call him and i have to visit branch which has long queues at counters. I felt it as useless bank.
Zero concern towards customer.
And they happily accepted account closure lol

My BM is super chill, I didn't meet her when I wanted to apply for credit card, after complaint, she told me to consult her anytime I face any issue.

But I have noticed, psu employees rarely call to sell some investment products etc. So in a way they are already better than private bank RMs.

Forget customer care on call for BOB, my friend has an easy credit card, he called the customer care at three events, he was told to email crm by customer care. Customer care only works if you have lost the card and you immediately want to block, rest everything on email for BOB

I tried in netbanking, it took request. It asked self attested docs. But i uploaded normal docs, will it be approved?

They will ask for attested docs. They will keep the docs for the record because they don't do Aadhaar OTP Verification for Add-ons.
