I think 2m salary slip with bank statements should suffice. I also have ICICI CC with a limit of 4.3 L and a good credit score. I applied for BOB Eterna online, it checked CIBIL and directly offered a limit of 2L. Try your luck. Might not even have to submit anything. Make sure to declare an income of > 12LPA.

rupay jcb for jcb cashback offers(but woh bhi at max ek baar hi jaydatar achieve kar pate hoge)
unlimited domestic lounge access, with 40k spend based criteria... itne ghatiya reward rate par 40K kaha kharch hoga in a quarter...
