BOB Eterna rewards

BOB Eterna gives 3.75% for online shopping. Rewards used to post as soon as the transaction is posted. Last few weeks I see that my transactions at Amazon has not earned any rewards. Is this an issue only for me or others also not receiving rewards for last week?

Were those recently issued cards? Any idea about the spend amount and were those only used for wallet loads?

All I know are issued <90 days and transaction of wallet above 10k.
1) Wallet add money block but everything else works. Wallet based utility payments will work
2) Rewards program block - No rewards for any transaction. This is probably for high spenders.

I know that IDFC does something similar for wealth card where they close if you use 10x rewards too often for high value.

I am in second category. I purchased iPhone pro and 20k Amazon GC in first 30 days. Lost rewards program. I have given invoices but yet to get reply.

When you get Otp, you can check if it says wallet or just Paytm. According to TOS, they are not responsible for merchant code changes.

No, u get points as per mcc reported. Bank won't do anything. U can argue with Paytm, but support is shit as well.

Yes last month idfc wealth gave full points I used loading till 57k and heard ppl get blocked
So this month I kept it aside
Apay ICICI still works

Try a 100rs purchase from amazon or Flipkart and see if you are getting 15 points.

You are ok then. Wait for others feedback before using large value transactions.

Going to apply for add ons as a backup and to distribute spends.
My cards are around 7-8 months, so far no issues. Had done some bigger wallet transactions(15-40k) but I also had around 1L in offline spends.

Is bobcard app working for anyone? They did some update last Friday and broke it. Initially OTP was not getting entered.

Yesterday morning, OTP worked and app started working. But by night, again some issue came and app keeps crashing now.

Tried reinstall, restart everything. But always crashes now.

Can you define large? Is it >10k or >15k? and that is one txn or cumulatively many txns that u saw?

So does this mean that loading in Payzapp using BoB Eterna is now very risky - I guess this leaves only other cards like AZ Pay or IDFC Wealth or StanC Ultimate etc., isn't it?

Yes, there is an update in Play Store now. Installed and worked.

How long it took for addon applications?
Do they need vKYC for that?

Just re-confirming since I missed some interim conversations, even small wallet loads on Payzapp thru BoB Eterna (so as to avoid potential blocking) would not accrue points for anybody going forward - is this correct?
