I applied and got LTF virtual card instantly. This is a digital card and physical card will NOT be sent.

They told it's due to technical issue they issued me additional card.. That's why it's disabled like that. Reached ombudsman, then they made it active

Similar issue with my card
I got the HPCL Energie virtual card converted to Physical card.
When I use Tap and Pay using the physical card, it works fine.
UPI also works.
Online trx also work.
But swipe/insert in POS machines get reversed all the time.
I rely only on Tap and Pay on POS machines 😕😕
