I have a Bob Premier Rupay LTF CC.

I got whatsapp message from Bob:

I applied and got LTF virtual card instantly. This is a digital card and physical card will NOT be sent.

I got the option yesterday and card was generated instantly.

So I can pay using scan through HP Pay and use Credit Card for RPs. Does this give RPs in HP pumps not listed in Website?

And from 15th July, the joining rewards will be 500 RPs instead of 2000 RPs. So if we spend before 15th, do we get 2000 RPs? In the first place, do we get joining benefits for this LTF additional card?

Also, once I get physical card, I can make payment through UPI (from cred/phonepe) and still get 4% rewards right(Without hp pay app)? Or only hp pay app is possible?

Does it give reward points on utility ? It's showing 10 rp for 150 for utility , grocery and departmental stores...
Any exclusions in Utility ?

Raise a complaint. They will start accepting.

Raised complaint but stopped responding on the email. Any way my spends are not that much.

I mean we'll pay via hp pay but using rupay hpcl...

Yes. I did the same with Snapdeal. Got conformation after getting Physical card that it is LTF

I got HPCL offer today. Having paid Eterna and Snapdeal LTF. Offer was visible on Eterna card>Additional card

Yes. I did the same with Snapdeal. Got conformation after getting Physical card that it is LTF

Open BOBCARD app -> select the card by swiping if required -> Click on My Card Services -> You will see the option Convert to Physical card.

There is a charge of ₹100+GST.

There is no such option to change to physical card for Bob hp virtual card.

As mentioned by others in the previous posts first check if the digital tag is appearing for the card. For new digital cards you need to wait for couple of days before the option appears. If this doesn’t work out, then send an email to crm@bobfinancial.com with your request.
