That offer they were running as part of their 31st birthday -> 3.1k RP for 31k spends.
Not sure if there will be any occasion in the coming future.. May be some republic day offer.. wait for a while

Finally Eterna is approved for me too and physical card dispatched. Ecom txn already done. I know why they named it Eterna. They take an ETERNITY to process it.

Had filled form for Visa Eterna but they issued on Mastercard. Can I harass them with RBI complaint over this?

If you actually opened the Masterstroke account, save the webpage where it mentioned 21 as age, take screenshots too and file an RBI ombudsman complaint citing misinformation by bank on official website and demand a compensation. 10 Lakhs MAB account is not a joke and for any customer who opens this account, they should treat them properly. BOB being a pathetic lowly PSU and BOB Cards being an even pathetic company, they get away with mis-treatment of customers unless they are taught a lesson by the RBI ombudsman. You should definitely try to get compensation for it and try to downgrade your BOB account to BOB Super Savings a/c or something (25K MAB). You will get RuPay Select debit card FYF. Get something out of this as they've pwned you by mentioning age as 21 on the website and now declining when it's 100% their mistake.
Saved the page as pdf, complaint lodged with RBI Ombudsman. Let's wait and see what happens. I don't have hopes from Ombudsman seeing their latest track record but let's hope for a positive outcome.

Update- Went to branch today, had a talk with Branch Head, She has given recommendation from her side in written to BOB Cards for age eligibility criteria waiver, same would be sent to Policy Head via RM(Regional Manager), after waiver, application will be sent for processing. Let's see how it unfolds in future.

1) might be rejected after 2 to 5 days
2) Might be approved in 7 days
3) might be in process for 5 to 90 days and gets approved / rejected
4) mgiht be rejected first and then gets approved in 7 to 21 days..

We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your BOBCARD application * as it does not meet our internal risk criteria.

Application declined. Have to fight with this Bank, headache starts. BOB application declined within 1 working day, very strange for BOB. What's the discourse forward?

Or it just reply to previous mails? Whats tracking showing in website?

So, it had fallen under scenario no 1 , in the previously mentioned scenarios..

Even the tracker has started showing it as declined. Have mailed the Bank, no response till now, the employee who filed my application is on leave.
Sad, keep escalating to all mails till 30 days. After 30days, raise complaint at RBI ombudsman
