I was using BOBCARD app in my phone for my family member. Now a big issue has arrisen that I am not able to login to my card details. I tried clearing all data but of no use, I even uninstalled the app and installed it again but still it's showing the data of the old family member. Require help.
Both are having same mobile number?

Different mobile number and different last 4 digits but the issue is I am not able to remove the old data. It automatically picks up the old account. It doesn't ask me for anything. It's a Dual Sim device. I was using the other number in same phone.
Do clear data
Same thing is happening with Canara bank app. Its showing wife's account in mine cuz her account was linked to my number earlier and not letting me change the user even after reinstalls and clearing cache and data.
Deactivate mobile banking on your previous number before registering with your new number.
Additionally, you may send an email requesting the deactivation of mobile banking on your previous number.
That did not work.

Sending emails nowadays may create issue as banks have gone nuts. No option to deactivate mobile banking. Will try to register in another phone so that this gets deactivated. Apple is better in this department as they don’t give access to device core software and protect the privacy.

1. Yes as per policy they can but issue is BOBCARD doesn’t have direct access to Bank of Baroda servers. If the Bank starts sharing data every month, probably they will make it paid.
2. Opulence debit card will not be cancelled, it will instead become paid, ₹9500+GST= ₹11210
3. Probably convert to basic with 1000 or similar balance.

Same, do 50k spends within 60days and get 10k points, thats only thing left to churn from eterna. It is very much devalued.
I'm thinking to convert into rupay variant
Two days ago, my Deputy Manager at BOB called and asked me to open a Master Stroke Account. I told her that I am unable to maintain a balance of Rs 10 lakhs every quarter. She assured me that the bank is currently not charging any maintenance fees. However, I am unsure if she is being truthful. I plan to open the account next week and give it a trial period of 6 months. If it does not meet my expectations, I will close the account.
I have two questions for you all:
1. Will the bank strictly deduct maintenance charges every quarter?
2. If I decide to close the account, will my associated cards, such as the Eterna account and Opulence debit card, be deactivated?
Also, my Deputy Manager mentioned that I would receive another Eterna card with this account. I informed her that I already have one, but she said I would receive another one from a Visa network. Is this possible?
