BOB Rupay JCB paytm Cred Credit card bill payment first time Unable to settle

Recently paid Bob Credit Card payments from Paytm it still in processing from more than 2 days waiting for confirmation from Bank side , till now it not reflected this is first time paid bill for new card, already paid 2 times from Bob card website immediate it reflects but from paytm this payments unable to trace.

Similar experience with cred .

Please share any experience should I wait or need to file complaints.

Bob sometimes takes 4-5 days to show up. If Paytm saying settled, it will get credited.

On a side note, how to pay Bob Rupay via HDFC debit card for 1% cashback. It is not coming on hdfc billpay and not supported by mobikwik as well.

Even in Paytm, it doesn't accept wallet balance.

Cred will refund money after few days. Cred doesn't support JCB card payments even if it is Rupay. Even my payment were refunded two times. After that, I am paying through Payment link on Bob website.

Happened the same with my bob card. Money was refunded to me after 4 days. I waited for first bill generation and then I paid after bill generation. It got paid this time.

BOB customer care told - use 3rd party bill repayment from 2nd month, after bill generate.

Bajaj app and Airtel app also supported your BOB RuPay JCB CC bill repayment.

Instantly credited and Bajaj app also give 50cb on 10k+ cc bill repayment.
