And are maintaining minimum balance in account rest assured u won't be charges issuance and amc
My mother is having this account she was not charged a penny

When i asked they said you will be charged issuance fee but not annual fee if i maintain minimum balance.

BOB Lite is also Zero Balance account . You can check if u can move to it . You just need to maintain 3k for free debit card.

Bob advantage is better reason being mab is 2k Max and virtual ruplat is ltf
While in lite account qab is 3k for free ruplat with no virtual dc available in that variant account as of now

Physical card is useful incase you want to avail Lounge access . Not sure how can one avail using virtual card ( unable to add rupay under Dreamfolks web access as well)

So one has to make decision accordingly

Yes bro that's what I got attracted. I took my BPCL rupay platinum card in Baroda advantage 0 Bal account for getting some fuel Rewards and benefits. But it's such a useless debit card no getting any rewards points(petromile). And also charges is 300+gst. So I need to change it to bob lite

It's showing. But Baroda advantage 0 Bal account is completely zero balance account. No need of MAB. I am using it since 2013
