Bank of Baroda being one of the largest PSU banks, is not falling behind in the current race of introducing "premium features" to their Debit cards as well. BOB has introduced a metal Debit card named World Opulence which is coming with some great features which can only be seen to some of the most premium credit cards out there. It's being offered on Visa Infinite variant. You can check their official website for further informations This Debit card is also coming with a good amount of joining and annual fee which are being the followings:

Joining Fee: Rs 9,500/- (for the first year)
Annual Fee: Rs 9,500/- (from the 2nd year onwards)

Only for power pack opulence card eligible if you maintain 5 lakhs, other wise shappire is always LTF for power pack account.

How they issue opulence card they only knows, better have to talk with branch make your account what ever you need.
Customer care have only limited reply they will ask to send email and the same email forwarded to branch only. Branch people only calling for resolution.

This debit card is showing in apply debit option at netbanking for advantage account with 500mab.
Is this normal?

Guys said I will receive kit. Its been 22 days🤣. Not a single paper received from bob. Marvelous experience overall from bob

For me it took 30 days to receive the welcome kit

Finally got back the debit card charges after lot of follow up.

My account was upgraded to Baroda Power Pack NRE, so I believe there won't be any charges for the Opulence debit card.

make sure to maintain 5 lakhs, when they upgraded keep eye on for charges deduction at end of the December as they calculate AQB from october to dec

For power pack Eterna is free but i checked with my branch they asking for FD, if you wish you can opt for it.

I am trying to apply for a secured credit card from them, but the employee claims that, as an NRE, it involves a lengthy process, including obtaining a letter from the embassy and other formalities. They suggested instead that I open a deposit in my spouse's name and get an add-on card for the same. Is this true?

I was trying to apply for Sapphire DC for my dad from his NRO account but by mistake applied for Opulence DC he's maintaining ₹1300 any chance the DC will be issued? I've seen and heard its issued to users with 10L QAB only what should I do in this case drop a mail to the branch??
