  • Process for availing complimentary Airport Pick-Up and Drop Facility
    1. Customer will give requests for the service through Call, E-mail, WhatsApp or Web Chat => Service Provider verifies Card Number => Service Provider will verify Complete Details such as: Arrival Date, Arrival Time, Flight Number, Pick-up Address, Drop off Address, Number of people, Number of bags etc. => Service Provider activates best suited cab service for the request =>Service provider sends confirmation to the customer via e-mail and keeps the customer informed => Service Provider monitors the Pick-Up.
    2. Important Points for Pick up & Drop Facility
       1. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations have to be made 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. Any cancellation request within 24 hours will be considered as service.
       2. Amendment Policy - An amendment request can be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the travel date / time. Any amendment post that will incur a charge.

Eco Rent a Car is partner to provide cab service. I will rate 5/5 for the service. Driver is professional and present on time for pickup and drop. Eco car also provided updated info about driver and car via whatsapp and SMS. No hassle in getting service.

yes i did see on their MITC that FYF for debit cards on super savings account. Which makes sense if I apply both .

How strict are they with MAB

I doubt if it includes all variants of debit cards in FYF bucket. Must be Visa Platinum or something.

How to activate NCMC Wallet?

I could not find that so you’ll have to get that activated and NCMC wallet recharged physically at metro stations.
I’m currently using PNB Rupay NCMC card and even when it allows online recharge, I had to go to customer care at metro station to get wallet activated first time. Also each time I do online recharge using PNB netbanking, I have to get recharge activated at the metro station.
Having to go there to get recharge activated even when you put money on it online does not make sense to me. Only difference is that you don’t have to give physical currency notes to them. Not a much of convenience. Not sure if all banks operate like this currently but I’m expecting improvement in this area otherwise I’ll stop using debit cards.l for this purpose. It’s an added risk carrying debit card with lots of balance and tap to pay feature at metro stations, buses etc. I’ll prefer loosing metro card or an another prepaid NCMC card with limited balance than bank debit card.

I tried for my Bangalore address (in JP Nagar) to Airport. Google Maps shows 44 kms. Their vendor quoted 56 kms and denied. I replied saying it's 44 kms, I'm okay to pay for the additional 4 kms, they said complimentary service is restricted to 40 kms.

That's unfortunate. What you can do is see from where it calculates under 40KM for them and be there for the pickup. So if point A to C is 56km, go from A to B (nearby location) on your own and then book from B to C with them. If this arrangement is convenient then you'll still save much.

Yeah I thought about the same. But generally going to airport with luggage, this becomes a hassle, switching rides with luggage.

BoB cut the ₹885 charges of my Sapphire DC today i.e. exactly after 1 month of card generation. My account is Advantage.

Looks like Super Savings account holders won't get charged for first year for this card as well. We can safely assume it as FYF for Super Savings account.

Are you able to do online transaction with Bob sapphire debit card ?
As whenever I am trying to do online transactions, I get message “ debit card is not updated for online transactions “ visit your branch to get activated
