UCO is a absolute shit show. called their pno after branch failed to reverse my money and guess what he said ye paisa reverse nhi hoga even after giving proper reasoning. Also realized their zonal office and headoffice don't have proper knowledge about their own products. thankfully mera kaam rbi bo se ho gya that.
I was having a vdc in uco now its not showing in app says no vdc issued and when trying to generate one its showing vdc already issued.
@CardCraftsman. sahi hai ib ka md se mail itna fast receive hua apka.
@doraemon had to go multiple times to bank and escalate the issue to mdsec but in vain.
luck plays a major role while dealing with Indian PSBs.
