This year tax cut will be there as it is prime requirement of economy. I expect some policies to boost consumption based economy. And more capex and infra based push for GDP growth.

No changes in cess right? What will be effective max tax cut from 39% to?

Secondly FM got bad name and memes which reflected people are not happy

If the votes are the only reason , they could have done it after election last year, in July itself,. Effects of higher tax is now affecting economy too, hence some relief
