Currently Ajio is running a offer on ICICI credit cards wherein you can get 10% discount on gold coins (max Rs 1000)...Net cost is below market rate...You may take advantage

How did you manage a telephonic conversation with OneCard Customer care? And what is the email id to reach OneCard Support. Except AI chat, the customer support seems to be non existent for me.

I don't think there is dedicated email or telephonic customer support of onecard. You can create a ticket in the in-app help section (Ai one). Choose I have other queries in the first set of options. Then, when it asks you to type the query, mention " my transaction was not rewarded" . You'll be able to successfully created a ticket. Once ticket is created, you'll be able to see and track resolution.

I checked today, now no offer on ICICI cards for gold or jewellery.
They excluded that in T&C.

In T&C they mentioned "6.The Offer is not applicable of purchasing of Gold and Silver Coins & Jewellery on the Platform."

However, when i enter ICICI credit card, discount of Rs 500 is applied which does not make any sense now.

Its 5% off for all prepaid instruments up to 500 Rs.

It was stopped last year for around 4-5 months, no discount on any card.
