C2C using alumni card?

Hey,
I'm fairly new to credit cards. Right now I have:
- HDFC MoneyBack+ LTF: 1.5L limit
- ICICI Sapphiro Dual LTF (Alumni Offer): 3L limit.
Is there some way I can get my HDFC MoneyBack+ card upgraded (because it's mostly useless)? Also can I get a good C2C offer with my alumni sapphiro since it has 3L limit?
Any suggestions for a card are welcome, I spend ~30k/month on swiggy/amazon/blinkit and also travel every now and then.

I was thinking about SBI Cashback now if I can't get millenia LTF. Eyeing regalia gold or atlas in the long run.

Email hdfc for millennia - u r qualified
Get apay - apply on Amazon app & while applying if u don't see option to enter your existing card number then contact icici on x . They will refresh the application in 4-5 days .
Keep in mind amazon & icici number should be same
You can get C2C - kotak cards , indusind, idfc .

Will my MoneyBack+ be upgraded to millennia? I don't want 2 cards, also don't want to close mb+ since all my credit history is on that
