Can’t get SBI RuPay platinum JCB card

I have a SBI account and the only cards which I see can be applied are in the pic. (check attached image)

I want a rupay Platinum jcb card. Tried via netbanking and also via branch. Most of the employees are clueless and one of them said you need to have 20L in your account to get!!

Can anyone please confirm or help if you have got the same debit card!

Yes, even I am looking for sbi iocl rupay plat dc , we've to visit the branch for that but @Abhishek012 can u tell me the product code for that dcI forgot it,
that's the only card we can get with regular sb account right?

DEBIT CARD CODE = IRP
U can directly visit branch and while filling debit card req form write this code on top of the page and ask them to give the same dc

Just now visited branch
They tried to apply the same card that I mentioned but it was showing "my acc is not eligible "
My ac variant: regular sb chq
Acc segment: "no segmentation "
Haven't checked "RPJ"

Same happened with me today.
RPJ also not eligible
50k ke upar balance, still!! ( I guess that’s the requirement)

Afaik, only home branch but u can goto ur nearest branch and ask them they may do it for u

The eligibility criteria for platinum debit cards (Visa/ Master Card) are as follows - (AQB >= Rs. 1 lac OR Deposits >= Rs. 10 lacs OR Home Loan limit of >= Rs. 20 lacs OR Car Loan of > = Rs. 5 lacs). For RuPay platinum debit cards, eligibility criteria are as follows - (AQB >= Rs. 0.50 lac OR Depositors having a deposit of >=Rs. 5 lacs OR Home loan borrowers having a limit of >= Rs.10 lacs OR Car loan borrowers having a limit of >= Rs. 3 lacs.

Did u try applying "IRP" (Indian Oil Rupay Plat) or any other rupay plat?

As some users confirmed, u can get IRP easily with silver segment.

If you want to apply from non home branch (and if they are not allowing you to apply from there just because of that reason) then change it, simple, share your A/c & CIF to that branch digitally.

If you again want to same old one then restore by doing the same.

If signature is updated in account, then majority of services can be availed PAN India (any branch)

And yes I think it's possible with silver
I've to try with my mother's Acc as her acc comes under silver segm
